The combination of one-to-one and group sessions allows us to competitively price our services while also delivering great results. Our coaching program works out to be only USD$150 per week with monthly payment options available.

The direct ‘contact time’ per fortnight you’ll need to set aside is only 90 minutes (excluding any extra training or advice required). In addition, most clients spend between 5 and 20 hours per fortnight implementing the agreed tasks from the coaching sessions. This is time well invested, because the payback is significant!
